bad service

<p>went to a mr price @ Cosmo City and spoke to shop assistance by the name of K****tso on the 30/11/16 .I needed my account statement to use as proof of residence and was adviced that they can't give it to me unless if they email it to me and I can go to internet cafe to print it out .and since it's the only retail account I have they are just not interested . I fail to understand why they where not willing to even assist .</p>
