Bad service

<p>On the 27 October 2016 I went to the Mr price branch store 216 at Secunda to open a account in store. I hand in all the requirements they required at the store to send to head office. They said to me in the store the application will take 3-4 working days to get feedback on the application. I went in a couple of time after 3-4 working days, yet they can't give me feedback because they self don't know what is going on. Every time I ask them for feedback they tell me to wait. It is been now 3 week and still no feedback. I went a week later to Markhams to open a account and it is been approved, so I don't have a bad credit record . I can't see whey they take so long with my application upto 3 weeks after.</p>
