Bad service

<p>I had purchase item online, as i would often do. I was so disappointed when my package was delivered, only to find the shoes which I wanted to procure were both 2 right feet :|...my gripe is that I have paid for the courier service, now futher inconvenience burdens me as I have to return an error that im not accounted for, </p> <p>In future - please check items before you confirm the order for shipment</p>
