Bad service

GRAHAMSTOWN BRANCH. I have approached the store manager (when he can be found) numerous times. I have lodged 3 complaints online (which are totally ignored) and once again here I am on a Thursday morning. Over 10 people in queue and one teller. Usually the queue is to the door, so I am lucky today. Awesome product, awful service
