Bad service

Terrible customer service I received today at store 106 st Georges mall Adderley Street in Cape Town I was looking for a particular item which I first checked its availabity online and the results showed that the store has about 9 items in stock as it was not in stock for online purchase I then approached a lady by name of Amanda who was very dismissive towards me showed no interest in assisting me and told me that if I cannot find the item on the floor then they don't have it I then showed her that online it says there's 9 items in the store she became irritated and said that if she has to look for the item in the stock room it will consume her time I then spoke to Justine whom I had asked to please contact me when they have checked the item I left my details up to now he has not contacted me I then resorted contacting their customer care and I spoke to a guy by the name of njabulo who was also less interested in assisting me.. He then further confirmed that the store has 10 in stock of the item I was looking for I then told him but I was just at the store now he then said their system is not accurate. I'm just wondering if that's how Mr price staff are trained to assist customers
