BAD SERVICE

<p>Good Evening, I must say that am highly disappointed by the service I got at Mr Price Rtb. And this is not the first time I get such treatment, firstly the staff is highly unprofessional and quiet moody, its as if they doing their customers a favour , a simple question as "is this the only size left" seems expensive for them to amswe and the shop is always loud thanks to their music. And today they were screaming "*****- *****" at one of their customers, please inform if this is acceptable, is this how your staff where taught during their induction? At what merit are they even hired with because clearly their customer service sucks. I would rather take 2 taxies to Waterfall Mall, their service is exceptional. I must say am highly disappointed, I don't think I will ever shop there.</p>
