Bad Service

<p>I placed an order on the 6th June 2017 on the Store Express options which takes 2-3 working days, I called your call centre number and adviced they can't pick-up my order # ********** 34961, which was suppose to arrive on the 09th June 2017 at the store, I've checked my status today and it is still shipped. My friend placed an order also on the 6th June on the Store Economy option and she received her order today which normally takes 5-7 working days. I am extremely unhappy and needed my item on Friday already, it was suppose to be a gift, which is to late now. So now i am going to refund this item, and i'm expecting Mr Price to refund me with full amount including the extra R35 that i've paid.</p>
