Bad Service

I ordered 3 items online in the beginning of May 2020. Payment went off but had not received a order number as yet. I've tried calling the customer service but no luck. I wait 30 to 60 minutes on the phone but no answer. I have sent numerous emails but no response. I want my money back but can't seem to win
