bad service

I have made 2* payments on the 22/03/2023 of R 800.00 using the pay option on your website which till this day haven't been credited towards my account. I have called and spent over R50 airtime and I am still not assisted. I have explained that I can ask my bank to reverse the transactions as they are uncleared on my statement and make a payment in the store, The bank needs a letter from Mr Price confirming that I they can reverse these payments back into my absa acc. Someone needs to help me with this otherwise my acc will be in arrears whereas I paid but no one wants to help me. Im really considering paying off the acc and closing it because Its really frustrating
