Bad service

I bought items at Mr Price in Northam on the 27/01/2023, It was promotion of one free item,when I got home checking the clothes the one is damaged and realize that it is wrong size.I went back to store and find that there is no stock.

I went to Rustenburg Mall on the 04/02/2023 to do an exchange but they refused to help me because I did not bring the free item with me, and the was only one with the right size.

Today on the 08/02/2023 called Customer Care and spoke to Bongi and she was suprised that why they did not want to help because it is not the refund its an exchange,and she said because promotion ended ill have to pay extra for exchange...she then transfer the call to Customer Complaint Department which I spoke to Jessica and she said yes they need that free item for exchange😮 for what? She then says the policy it's at the back of the slip which I checked and it is not saying anything about the return on promotions" that I have to bring the free item along for exchange" I told her that they must upgrade their system so that they can help Customers of issues like mine and for sure I'm not the only customer whose complaining about this even the cashier did not say anything about the return....so guys treat your customer in a right way right manner ,because even Jessica did not even apologize in the first place which manner is that but she is working with complains👎,so the ladies are not saying the same policy but working in the same company so Mr price what is your return policy???
