Bad service

I have never heard you place an order online after a few days you get an sms stating the item is out of stock. But the item was in stock when the order was placed what kind of customer service is that. I email Mr price got 1 response from Jessica moolman and no response there after. Been sending multiple emails but it gets ignored. I placed the order for one specific item and then it got canceled.
