Bad service

I got an sms saying i didn't pay my account and i paid it on the 26th I've been sending emails send proof of payment since from Monday no one is replying i guess there's someone who's not doing his/her job and this thing is going to make a bad mark on my credit score and trust me if my credit score goes down because of this Mr price account I'm going to close it coz i can't be rated as a bad payer while i even paid in advance you going to lose a good customer because of that one person who's not replying to the emails
