Bad service

I went to Mr price Cape gate looking for a orange floral skirt witch another Mr price said they have in a size 38. When I got there they immediately said they do not have any bit after looking on their system they saw they have 5... after a long search they said it was somewhere in the boxes at the back but they could start looking tomorrow, the I explained that I would not be in the area tomorrow they said they would look for it today and let me know so I could come purchase it... after a while I went back to the store and the lady was busy in the store not looking for the skirt at all... I then said I would go home and they would contact me today... I still have nit heard anything and they do not answer the phone at all I have tried tirelessly... bad service
