I’m not happy with the so called customer service I got at price store 613, they made me stupid and or someone that doesn’t know anything.

I was trying to buy a Hisense router and the cashier boldly told me with confidence that that device doesn’t come out with SIM card, I had to wait online for over an hour trying to call mr price mobile but I failed.

I end up going to enquire at the bloem plaza 174 and the assistant store manager there had to call store 613 to ask them why they don’t want to give me a SIM card as they know all devices comes out with SIM cards.

What made me angry even more, is the fact that no one knws anything about phones, apparently the only person that could help me was on lunch and Tshepo (the cashier) was clueless or maybe he had his own reason why he didn’t want to give me a SIM card.
