Bad service

Went to Mr Price Plaza Umtata this morning, the store opens at 9:00am, so i shopped around 9:30 am wanted to fit the items i chose, i was told the fitting room was not yet opened it will be opened at 10:00 am ok fine i continued shopping at 10:00 am went again fitting room is still closed i asked again was to it will be open soon, i asked what time the guys said they dont have the time, and he then went to enquire came back to tell me they will open at 10:30 am and then he just left me standing i said but i was told 10:00am.I didnt get any response he just disappeared doing whatever he was doing. I just left those items frustrated, i askes another lady i was told they will open when other staff members arrive as they haven't arrived, i just do nit understand the level of unprofessionalism and no one was bothered when i left, hiw many people experience such horrible service, i just wanna know what is the Mr Price policy for fitting rooms? If the shop opens at 9 what time must it be opened?
