Bad Service

Received bad service from Mr Price Towermall in Jouberton,I went to the Store on Saturday to purchase stuff on my account they refused to assist me without my Identity Document until I insist to see the Manager Billy Boy, they then accepted my Driver's Licence, about a month ago I went with my Wife to apply for a dual card,the lady that assisted u was not in the mood I had to ask her must we rather come back another day or go to another Store, some of them are very rude and arrogant and don't know how to treat Customers,I went to Mr Price City Mall yesterday what a pleasant experience it was the staff a very friendly and always ready to assist, Tower Mall your service sucks, please send them for a refresher training on how to treat Customers
