Bad Return Policy

I am shocked to hear the new Mr Price return rules. I got 2 tops as a gift from a friend. Both have tags on but I do not have the slip. 1 Top was R100 and 1 Top was R110. I wanted to exchange the tops but was informed that the value of the top are now R10 and R30. I was shocked and asked the woman to pls show me where in Mr Price can I find a top for R10 and R30. She could not and told me they do not have any in stock.

How can the sell a product for one price but on return of the product they want to give me R10 or R30 for the top?

I have logged the complaint but I am still waiting for Mr Price to contact me.
