BAD QUALITY CLOTHING

I bought a Sequin Shorts - SKU: ********** 607028 on the 1st December 2018 @ their Cavendish Branch, my daughter wore it on Monday 3rd December 2018 from 17h45 until 19h50 for her schools Carols evening, immediately when she took it off, there was a nasty long wound on the front of her thigh. She cried as the wound was burning, We had to purchase some anti-inflammatory cream and dettol to keep the swelling down and clean the wound. What upsets me more is my daughter is fare skinned and she will now have a permanent mark. More upsetting when i called the customer care this morning they were not helpful at all , instead they insisted on me sending a picture of the item which i don't have a problem with . But the fact that they requested me sending a picture of my 10 year old daughter's thigh showing the scar was inappropriate and disgusting. Why would i make up a story concerning my only daughter and child who is now left with a long scar. This is not right and certainly not fair onto my daughter.
