BAD QUALITY CLOTHING

To whom it may concern i have bought numerous items in from November for my 10 year daughter, Flip flops , dresses , shorts, tops. it has not been 1 month, but yet the flip flop has all broken 4 pairs, the plastic little hooks of the dress all pull off and brake easily (3 summer dresses), the elastic of the shorts has come out , and the material just untorn, 2 shorts, and the seams of the tops is coming out 3 tops. Now please explain how this can happen and why I cannot be refunded for damage clothing , could not find any of the receipt but yet the clothing stipulates all your brands on the label. I have been to Cavendish, Kenilworth , Canal Walk, and Golden Acre. I am furious since the quality should be far better than PEP. I through all the clothing away since every time I looked at the bag it just got my blood pressure rising. I have not yet bought anything from your store again and probably will never again. I mean your underwear gets washed ones and the colour fades and the elastic just gets bigger. Pep Stores underwear i bought and Ackermans and they last me a long time. Vanessa Coe – **********
