Bad Quality
I bought 2 T-shirts at Mr. Price (Jubilee Mall) on Saturday for me and my sister. I wore it on Saturday and got the shock of my life when I took it off it had some small holes. I am not really a fan and a customer of Mr. Price but on the said day I was in hurry to Polokwane hence the store seemed to be more convinient. Now how is it possible for a T-shirt to have holes on it after being worn once. I have been calling the store (012) ********** and the phone just rings or the is a voice prompts that I have to follow but I cannot reach anyone I have since called the customer care department and I was advised to return it to the nearest store, I really don't have time to be going to be going up and down now I have wasted my airtime calling your store and your customer services. I know Mr. Price sells bad quality. too much airtime has been wasted calling ********** 233

12 Oct 2018, 07:50So I was asked for pics on the same day I wrote a report yesterday at around 8 in the morning I sent them and was asked for my contact numbers in order to be called. 24 hours later I am still waiting for that call. Clearly I am not being taken serious
