Bad quality

I bought 2 pairs of black chunky chelsea boots via the app *** - size 5 *** - size 4 For the second pair the online order was late and only arrived on Friday the 18/03/2022 where as the order date was suppose to be the 17/03/2022, i had to call to check on my order and I ordered on the 13/03/2022. Very bad service Both pairs of boots have only been worn once and already it is loose around the sides and the back, very poor quality boots for R280 and a delivery fee of R***12 *** ***
