Bad Poor service

So today i was at Mr Price kids in Promenade i bad no idea dat no trolley is not allowed i told the security just to keep a eye on it at the door as i needed to pay my instalment and she refused it what made me ****ed off she made me carry my bags at 7 months being pregnant the manager heard my complain and did nothing i said there certain things that can be over looked....i have been pain ever since due to the weight of the bags sad part of all the security laughed me out...it was early morning the shop was not.full at all was literally me and 3 other customers...

On top of that when asking the cashier why my instalment is 265 on a balance at 1100? She cudnt answer

How come MR Price home allowes trolley and there is glass stuff?

Shop as truworths and sportscene whose clothing is more expesive allows trolley
