BAD ONLINE SHOPPING

<p>I ordered a skirt on the 20 February 2017 which was suppose to have arrived within 3- 5 working days from the time i bought it today is the 3 March 2017 this makes it 9 working days later. I dont understand why its not here yet , i needed the akirt last week for a function it never arrived, again this weekendi need it and it is still not here. I mean really how pathetic can your service get. Pleaseman upgrade your service I mean i paid for both the item and the delivery </p>
