Bad online services from Mr Price

This was my second time buying online and having the good delivered to the store , the latest one was on 13 July 2018 ,they delivered one gown and never let me know that the other one is out of stock , they telling me now that they can refund me what about the delivery fee of the gown , they say they can refer me to the store that has the stock , i will still have to pay to go there and i might find the gown at a different price , MR Price online always has problems and they cant help us their customers properly they making their problems mine , i mean i ordered this on the 13 July and it was in stock .I need some answers ASAP i am not about to spend additional money on something they should have delivered on time .
