Bad online service.

I made a online purchase on the 13th March it's the 30th and still haven't received any order, been to the shop and mrp vangate tells me the order status is shipped , been calling the call center and ALWAYS get put on hold and the call drops no one never helps me ,I spoke to sindisizwe today and she droped the call, I spoke to bongiwe and yet she never bothered even trying to help I'm her slow and nonchalant way of speaking and juat told me she need to call courier and will take 24/48 hrs I requested to speak 2 a manager and she said she will see if 1 is avail, put me on hold and droped the call ,I'm so flipping furious with thos horrible service!
