Bad Online service ever
<p>I brought cloths on the 8 May 2017 till today no order when I call they told me will get it last week Thursday/ Friday by Nontando on Friday late i track my order still with couriers and i t was for weekend to be used. I spoke to Cordney she told me that she will tell Nontando to call me, she never call even bother. i had to waist my airtime again to call while spend money in my order. Its not the first time even on the 18 Decemeber i have order clothes for Christmas but i had to get my order on the 30 December 2016 how fair is that you terms and conditions does no apply better to cancell that order am no longer interested it was suppose to be a quick service bt now the shop its better than online.</p>

yYou can't appologise and not solve any issue now no Ntando called and told me couriers says the are protest in my area which its a big no, the protest ended last week on the 11 May 2017 and i called on the 13 May to check how far is my delivery and promised on that day otr friday will receive my delivery
on Monday the 17 i check again and spoke to Lerato she also promised that i will get it the latest was yesterday wednesday today its Thursday and tomorrow its friday i no longer in need of those cloths please cancell my order and revised the amount back to my account so that i can close the account thank its useless to order something that take 2-3 working day and end up getting it after 2- 3 weeks.
