Bad online service

I want to share my bad online shopping experience with Mr Price clothing. I placed and paid for my order on the 16th of March 2021 and expected delivery date was the 26th of March 2021. Even today I have not received my order. I've called, sent emails and WhatsApp messages. My online status still says shipped even today.
