BAD ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE!

I placed an online order the 5th April due to there own technical error they 1stly did not indorm me about for 2 weeks after sending numerous emails back and forth eventually someone got back to me, i ws informed itll be shipped on high priority and that a timeline cudnt be given as to when ill reveive but htat ill be this week some time i vhatted to Krishnaveni Maduray who made me think evrything was resolved its the 27th April today and still nothing utter Bad experience!!!!!
