Bad MRP Atlyn service

I was at MRP Atlyn in Atteridgeville,Pretoria, on 30/10/2019 and the service was less than underwhelming. We stood in the queue for about 15 minutes without any help. The other day I asked a team member to help me with a pair of denim shorts that was on a high shelf and she simply handed me the pole thingie to get it down then continued her conversation with another employee who appeared to be a supervisor. I could not get a name as none of the staff wear their name tags, not even the manager. I was disappointed at the service especially because I’m a former MRP employee and I know the standard of service expected from the team members. The store is, however, tidy and the security guard lady is nice.
