Bad mouthing customer

On Wednesday, 3rd July I went into Mr Price Walmer Park to exchange boots I got as a gift for my 5 year old daughter.. unfortunately the boots were way to big, my daughter is a size 8 and she was given a size 10.. I then exchanged the boots for a jacket and some under garments, in which I had to pay in more money, and I didn’t mind.

The service I received was good, but the following day (Thursday 4th)I heard rumours stating that I get things on discount and return it constantly.. and this is staff members at the till. And that it not the case.. I’ve been a paying customer for years at Mr Price and not once have I done that. I will no longer be supporting a store that speaks bad about a customer and still spreads the lie..

I myself work in retail whether a customer buys something today and wants to return it tomorrow they are allowed to..

In future reference please train staff accordingly.. this is very unprofessional..
