Bad management/ownership/ bad accounting

I keep on getting messages from Mr Price saying I am in arrears. I am in fact way ahread in payments. I am totally disgusted in the service I receive from Mr Price and I beleive that the owner is to blame for this bad service. I I very seldom buy from any of the Mr price group because you are so bad in service. I will now pay the balance of my account which is a few rand and then you can all go away. !!!!!
