Bad management

I was in store about just over a week ago at Mr Price blue route mall and the manager named Shaun has absolutely no way of dealing with his staff , I was shocked at his behaviour shouting at his staff infront of myself and other customers. I do not care why he did it but that is unprofessional and if he feels that is how you treat staff then he shouldn't be in his position to begin with
