Bad Management at MoA

Was assisted by a whole store manager who did not have a name tag because she was apparently off duty but still came to tell me that I could not purchase shoes that had R50 tag on them as the correct price was R190. Clearly your ppl are not trained on TCF and do not know the Golden rule of 'paying the price you see..'

Her attitude and demeanor was ********** to say the least and I don't know what example she is setting for her employees. You can see that she manages with an iron fist and what she says goes. She said her name is Busi Mthethwa. I have pics of her and the R50 tag on the shoe, she insinuated that I placed the tag there but did not follow through at my suggestion that he checks he surveillance cameras. What a black hole.
