Bad maintenance

Im a customer that enjoys shopping at mr price but too shop in store that literally feels like a oven is highly unwelcoming. As I walked into this store (Mr price in somerset west) I was struck by the heat it really wasn't nice shopping like this as I could barely stay longer and felt like the only aircon that worked in that store was the one by the tills. As a concerned and loyal customer I recommend that this gets fix as it's almost summer and it will be much much more warmer and the shops will obviously be filled with customer so too make the shopping experience pleasant please please get this fixed. Shame i wonder how the staff must feel on a daily basis with no air conditioning
