Bad insurance and customer service.

I've been trying to contact you, nobody ever answers. I got an email telling my insurance is going to go off on my account 4 months ago. I never authorized insurance. I've sent emails, called the number, went in store, nobody helps me. The phone number just goes dead or they never come back after I've been on hold for an hour. Please cancel this thing, I do not want it!!!!
