Bad good service

I went to mr price carlton centre on 22 oct 2019 and liked a pair of shoes but unfortunately they did not have the size i was looking for..so i asked them to check from other stores, which they did and maponya mall had 3 pairs...unfortunately they couldn't check because their line were not working. So i took a chance and went to maponya, when i get there the shoes were not on display so i asked the guy that was on the shoes section if he can get me the shoes on a lime color and the guy who i didn't take his name looked around and say there's nothing and the people working at that department are not in so i should leave my number when the people come 2 work they will call me. I got irritated because i felt disrepected because i came all the way from town to maponya for that and tried phoning but the phones weren't working, so i asked for the head office numbers and the guy said i'll get them by the tills, so i went to the tills and asked for HO number and the lady asked me if she can assist...so i told her the story and she asked me to wait for her and next thing the lady called Kedibone Lethoko came and asked me to wait while she asks someone from the stockroom to check for me. She finally came back with the shoes and i was so happy.

I would really like to thank Kedibone for being the person that she is...her huminity and customer service. I would definitely go back to mr price maponya...only because Kedibone and the other lady i didnt get her name were so helpful.
