Bad first time experience

Placed an order online 09-07-2021 paid in card via card. information advised delivery should be on the 19th, I checked for a store that was not affected by the looting to make the process convenient, now is the 22nd and I do not get any joy despite trying to send my query via whatsapp and requesting cancellation and refund so I can do a walk in. Lungile advised on the 19th, parcel is with the courier 4th day still no response so I am not sure if it is already delivered at the store or still with the courier. Went to Whatsapp again 22-07-2021 still no straight answer
