Bad experience on the cellphone Department

Am very hurt with the service i got from Mr price i bought a phone from them first week of June this year and it gave me problems and i took it back within 7 days of purchasing it, so after a month i went to check if my phone is back from the repair and they said it is still on it's way to their shop till today am still struggling to get it.
