Bad experience for the 3rd time with Mr price online

I bought clothes on the Mr price app on Sunday I paid with the Ozow instant payment,my money was deducted but order is no where to be found.i tried to reach to Mrp but they taking me from pillar to post with my money,is not even for the first time ,even in December the same thing happened and they never even respond on time but claim their turn around time is 48 hours,now that the said turn around has passed they telling me stories to wait for their call and like when because they never call, Mrp online sucks please stay away unless your willing to be given voucher for your money and their useless voucher is not even user friendly ????PLEASE MR PRICE I NEED MY MONEY AND NOT IN THE FORM OF VOUCHER PLEASE,I PAID MONEY SO I NEED A REVERSAL NOT VOUCHER,YOUR SERVICES REALLY SUCKS
