Bad experience

I'm so disappointed of Mr price in Pinetown I went there to do laybuy with my daughter I spent 2 hours trying to find everything that I needed went straight to cashiers waited in the line than cashier called me I told her I'm doing laybuy she told me they are not doing laybuy I asked why she told me they do not have items for to do laybuy told her that I did laybuy last year and I didn't not have problem now she than try and explain that it the plastic that they keep items for laybuy they do not have it been two weeks now they not doing laybuy they do not know when they will receive it they don't order them they just come anytime was was suppose to ask first before I even start to shopping for laybuy in a rude manner how can I asked how I'm supposed to know if they have these kind of problem big company like these I really had bad experience.
