Bad experience

I had a bad experience with Mr Price, on the 6th of April someone made a purchase 5 different transactions in different shops in Johannesburg which I never shopped at since I had my Mr Price account. All the transactions made an amount of R7620.28. I called the call center regarding the transactions made and I was advised to make an affidavit, stating that I didn't make the purchases together with a copy my ID and copy of my Mr Price card and sent them to them which I did. I have made follow up concerning the matter and every time I call they tell me that the matter is still under investigation which I feel is taking long as it has already passed a month ago
