Bad experience

I had bad experience at Tsakane Mall spent 15 minutes in the que one of your tellers were there busy doing her own stuff not mention that her till is offline after we had been told one of the tellers will strictly be helping people with 2 items and payments it was just the 2 of them she failed to mention her till is offline she only mentioned when she was asked what is happening time wasted and she also had attitude.
