Bad Experience!!!!!!!!

I would like to express my disappoint with regards to the unbearable, disappointing, slow, poor customer service I received from the Mr Price staff at Alex Mall.

I was doing shopping with my 1 year old on the 16th of Dec in the afternoon around 1PM and waited on the long que which I understood as a lot of people are doing shopping this time of the year, as I reached the till point I was assisted by a gentleman and there were a pair of jeans which I wanted to buy but they had no price tag, he asked one of his colleagues who were busy on the floor to assist with looking for one that has a price tag on, the process was dragging as the lady kept on coming with different jeans from the shelves asking if it was the one I had picked, with no luck they tried to look for the item on the system with no understanding whatsoever that I have been standing there with my 1 year old(Who was starting to get irritated), no one apologised for the delay, nobody showed any sense of urgency and no empathy, and finally when they decided to attend to me, they just told me that they couldn't find anything so I guess they didn't even care.

Very irate I left the store and the items. The experience was very unpleasant and it was very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
