Bad Experience

I went to Mr Price and asked for them to check if my account has been handed over and they checked and said no, I paid a certain amount and told them I will be making payments the following week. The amount wasn't going down than later VVM called and told me I am owing R1500 and if I can make payment arrangement i agreed for R250 a month of which I have been paying than according to my Credit report am Owing MrP R928 but when I call VVM they said it's R1228 when I asked for the report they gave me 2 1 has R928 (which had included VVM 20% intrests & MRP interest) the other statement says R1228 when I asked them they telling me about receipt intrest when I asked why am I being charged when am paying monthly I got no answer..Hence why am asking Mr Price directly do you guys want me to settle your Due amount which is R928 or you still want to **** me and say R1228.I made an agreement with yourl not a 3rd party VVM..I can alway stop the debit order, not pay and continue purchasing anything i want in cash cause clearly am being ****med here for trying to settle my account I lost my parents therefore my life was on a standstill when now am picking up pieces and trying to pay you **** me.

I love Mr Price clothing but this experience as left me thinking otherwise.
