Bad delivery service
*** ref number , ordered online from Mr price , still waiting even though I got a SMS stating that my order has been shipped. Today 27 DEC I decided to call them to find out what is happening with my order 3 times I was told that my order is closed due to the fact that my address is a business and not residential and that I was unreachable on the 2 occasions that they tried to deliver, was then promised today that my order will be here before 5pm its 18:35pm and still no word from the delivery service, I gave them 2 contact numbers none rang today , I'm not impressed with your service I'm extremely disappointed,

30 Dec 2019, 11:39Mr Price, got 2 calls today and the first consultant confirmed delivery again today promising that it will definitely be delivered by 5pm. The 2 nd call centre agent apologized and said the courier company closed my order , and yet still no delivery, Was told it will be tomorrow yet again, this has been going on since last week Friday , empty delivery promises, If its not here by tomorrow , I'm going to cancel the order , I am not happy with this service
