bad cuustomer srevice by Sipho

I visited Mr price Mall@55 Centurion for them assist me with a claim on my insurance for the cellphone. The gentleman by the name of Sipho told me he can not assist as the lady who is working with cellphone is off and she will be back on Wednesday and i should come back then.I told him that is not fair as i took my time to come instore and he said there is nothing he can do,telling me the cellphone counter does not operate when the lady is off,they even loosing sales because of that.I found that unprofessional for such a big store to run a counter with on person on that cellphone counter.He says even if you come from far if that the lady is not there you must go back and come when the lady is there. i asked what happens if that person can be sick for week,he said that is when they will get someone from the other branches.He is causing a huge inconvinience for customers.
