Bad customer treatment

I wanted to enter Mr Price store Mtubatuba yesterday 20th November, I asked the lady who was at the door around about where can I put the plastic I was carrying, she said I must carry them they no longer have a place to store them for us customers. Imagine carrying heavy plastics to move around the store looking for items you wanna buy. I was so disappointed 😞 because I even hold their Mr price card. I just left because I couldn't manage to to enter the store carrying those plastics I was carrying.
