Bad Customer services - no one followed up on the complainant since she is poor

Her name is Mrs Nojoyi: She had asked her colleague to pay her account (which the normal for both to do). They don't have any trust issues. The colleague went as normal to go pay the pay of R500.10. ( i.e . 5x R100 and 10cents). When the cashier named Candice, took the money the and the 10cents droped. As she picked up the 10 cents, she said the money is short with R 15. Candice didn't count the money before putting in the till. the colleague just paid with further arguing... the matter was reported to the Supervisor and then later the Manager : Martha Nguyo but nothing done. They failed to investigate the matter to the client satisfaction. they have no cameras at the tills and she was not searched. please investigation Please call: ***</span></p>
