Bad customer services experience

On the 11 June 2018 , I was at Mr Price Sammy marks buying something using my mr Price account and I noticed that I'm owing more than I know and I try to ask the teller and she advice me that lets call Mr Price account unit to find out . And she called and find a call centre agent by the name of Zama who was very very rude and she was not assisting me ,she end up transferring my call to her friend Penelope at the call centre, she was also extremely rude to level where she even tell to listen carefully on the phone. I'm very disappointment and angry about the way they handle my inqury and if its how they treat customers its VERY VERY BAD and Unacceptible serious.
