BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Bought a fone at Mr Price Durban workshop nd after 6months the fone just went blank,i went back nd i told them i have lost my receipt as i did not think ill have issues with the fone,however I bought ut using my store account so they should just trace it using my account, when i went to the store in April the lady that helped me called the head office and they gave her the docket number for the receipt and she said she will contact me soon that was in April,now it’s August still my matter has not been resolved they don’t even bother to call me and update me, i have to call them and ask them,so recently the lady said they can’t get my docket number lol which means they lost the docket number that they were given by head office,i told the lady that the head office gave them she said owk she will try and find it, and she said their regional manager is a busy person so that why im not being assisted,it’s has been 6months now with No help.
